Cake Man Raven Enters Guiness World Book of Records
Cake Man Raven’s has entered the Guinness Book of World Records for the “Largest Cake Sculpture”. Now, one week later, we have news that he has succeeded in breaking the new record with his red velvet cake honoring the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. This is the fraternity he joined during his college years at Brown University and wanted to show his pride and represent his brothers.
The 600 square foot cake is said to feed 15,000 people and required 1,500 pounds of sugar, 2,500 pounds of flour, 335 dozen eggs, 750 pounds of butter, 5,000 pounds of confectioners' sugar, 500 quarts of milk and 16 gallons of red food coloring to complete. The icing alone was brought in from four different states!
